Hotel location was safe and convenient to stores, restaurants and transportation all in walking distance. The room was comfortable and modern with a beautiful city view off the balcony. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided. Rooftop pool was lovely and clean with a nice lounging area and view. The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite with an easy check in/out process. Valet was quick. Housekeeping was efficient with our needs. Overall, we were happy with our choice to stay here and would definitely book again.

Just stayed in Miami Atwell suites for 7 nights and it was perfect. The check in was easy and the room was immaculate on arrival. The lifts are super quick and the pool was nice a quite and not too busy. The breakfast is good value considering it is included. The staff were always helpful but I didn’t need their help to often as I had everything I needed with no issues. Location is good, the views are amazing I would definitely request the same room again if I was to stay again, which I would. The room was really nice to come back to after busy days in Miami. Will definitely return.

We stayed here both the night before our cruise and the night afterwards. Everything was easy to get to, whether our Terminal to the east or Little Havana to the west. I thought it was great how they had zero problem tagging our luggage, as we arrived before our room was ready both times. I've never stayed in a hotel room that has two bathrooms either. Side note, there's a pizza place called "Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza" within walking distance that truly lived up to the name! Also, the mall within walking distance had some good eats.

Breakfast was great clean organized; if I had to nitpick, maybe add a waffle maker with batter or protein powder for shakes. The room has two bathrooms. Wow!

Alexander and his coworker were amazing and very patient with me as I was having problems with my canadian cards. The whole team was incredible. Jewel at the restaurant was so sweet.

Unusual but attractive room design. Great view of city and ocean beyond. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the valet service. Across the street from a little park so we could walk our dog conveniently.

The breakfast was very good.I wish they could had sausage or bacon also more variety of fruit as well but other than that the staff was very attentive of the calls I was making to front desk every front desk personel was awesome one particular guy that help I forgot his name but the system was having issue but he recovered problem.The hotel was clean and spacious.Awesome location to bus station and restaurants plus clubs

The room was perfect! Very spacious, lots of room, separate lounge to the main bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Clean and tidy, lovely staff.

because the flight, we arrived at 9AM morning. Its quite earlier than the standard checkin time. But the front desk let us checkin, got into our room and also ate the breakfast. it’s really great that we can take the shower before we head to office.
